This means that we as a business connect our customers to business/freelance individuals who host the experiences as advertised on our site. With that being said, we would like to make this a public/legal declaration that we will not be found liable nor do we take any responsibility for any legal disputes, injuries, disabilities, death or anything of this nature for customers related to the products and services we offer/advertise on our platform or any other method of advertising. These disputes have to be taken up with the service providers directly. Our business/platform simply exists to connect our customers with available experiences, businesses and freelance experience hosts.

Refunds are subject to our service providers and to the experience booked by the customers. Each refund policy is made clear to the customer before any payments are made therefore giving the customer sufficient information in order to agree to payment terms.
